Terms of Service

Last updated July 1, 2026

This is a real agreement between you and ROSE. Please take a few minutes to read it.

Welcome to ROSE. By using ROSE you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. These terms are effective July 1, 2026.

What ROSE is

ROSE is an AI assistant platform that helps a business answer questions, take bookings and requests, and capture leads.

Early stage and ‘as is’

ROSE is in its early stage and is offered on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Features may change, and parts of the service may be added, removed, or adjusted as we improve it.

About the AI assistant

The assistant is automated and may produce errors or incomplete answers. It is not a substitute for professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. As a business owner, you are responsible for reviewing what the assistant does on your behalf.

Owner responsibilities

If you use ROSE to run an assistant for your business, you agree that you:

  • have the right to collect and process the customer information your assistant gathers;
  • will use ROSE lawfully; and
  • will not use it to collect sensitive data it isn’t intended for.

Acceptable use

Don’t use ROSE for anything unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful, and don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Billing

ROSE is a paid subscription. Pricing is early and may evolve; the current details are provided at signup.

Intellectual property

ROSE and its branding belong to us. The content and data you bring to ROSE remain yours.

Termination

Either party may end this arrangement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Disclaimer of warranties

ROSE is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the assistant’s output will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROSE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ROSE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
